Now that we have the three topics identified, Alliance members and Community members will come together to create the Health Priority goals and strategies during the Chatham Health Alliance Strategic Planning Retreat on Monday, November 18th and Tuesday, November 19th. How Did We Get Here?

What is Prioritization?

Prioritization is the process of using qualitative and quantitative data from the Assessment process to identify the top health priorities that the Alliance will focus on over the next 3 years.

How do we chose?

  1. Survey respondents identify their top 3 health topic priorities

  2. From those top choices, 15 topics are identified 

  3. Alliance members and community members meet to look at the data of the top 15 topics

  4. Topics are narrowed down through discussion and voting

  5. 3 Health Priorities are chosen

2024 Prioritization Meetings

We held two Prioritization Meetings in hopes of being accessible to all who want to participate. Below is the information of each meeting, including time, location, and attendees. Thank you everyone who made these meetings a success!

We held the prioritization meetings on Saturday, October 5th in Siler City and Tuesday, October 8th in Pittsboro. Spanish Interpretation was offered, families were welcome and light refreshments were served.
We had a total of 38 attendees, 10 community members, and 28 Chatham agency representatives.
